Autumnal ice cream by food blogger "Chez Simone Marie"

Ice cream in autumn? No way!

I have good news for you: go with fruity berries and delicious Oreo biscuits. With my blueberry ice cream with Oreo biscuits you can enjoy the pleasures of summer longer. Just try it!

 

Recipe for blueberry ice cream with Oreo biscuits

Preparation time

10 minutes (+3 hours in the freezer) 

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 400 g blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 100 ml natural yoghurt 3.5%
  • 100 ml wipped cream
  • 1 pack Oreo biscuits (about 170 g)

Preparation

Blend 300 g of blueberries, peeled banana, yoghurt and whipped cream.

Pour 2/3 of the Oreo biscuits finely, add to the blueberry mixture and stir thoroughly.

Add the remaining blueberries and stir.

Put into a suitable mold and cool for at least 3 hours.

Before serving, chop the remaining Oreo biscuits and sprinkle on the ice cream.

Tip:

Fill the ice cream into a special cake mould - the ice looks particularly beautiful.
