Paint the ceramic yourself

The creative time-out

Let your creativity flow. In relaxed atmosphere among competent guidance and with original shapes, colours and tools you paint your own unique ceramic.

Just one of a kind

Whether for individual visitors, families or group trips, the painting workshop is an unforgettable experience for all ages and group sizes.

Here's how it works:

  • Choose your glazed ceramic from several unpainted ceramic shapes (plates and cups).

  • Discover our colour palette: glowing and colourful or classic discreet – make use of our original colours.

  • Paint your individual, unique item: there are brushes, stamps and additional tools at your disposal. Of course, our experienced employees support you with the appropriate technique.

  • We fire for you: in order for the colours to develop and protect their full splendour, these items must be still for 16 hours in our kiln. Your painted unique ceramic is ready to be picked up 5 – 7 business days after your visit. We are also happy to send it to your home address.

I always thought i can't paint, but my self-painted Gmundner Keramik cup is simply the most beautiful!
Johanna Gruber, Linz

We are looking forward to your visit
