World of Gmundner Keramik

Discover the world of Gmundner Keramik. Turning, glazing, painting, flaming and firing - see with how much love and craftmanship Gmundner Keramik is manufactured.

Experience craftmanship first-hand

Have you always wondered how your unique plates and cups are actually manufactured? Gmundner Keramik offers you the exceptional opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of Europe's largest ceramic manufactory:

  • In our manufacturing- and painting studios you will get detailed insight into the complete manufacturing process of our unique ceramic items among competent guidance.
  • Experience clay with all your senses at our touch station.
  • Gaze at precious and freaky exhibits from the last century of our company history.
  • Visit our selfie-station for your individual souvenir photo.

The tour is child-friendly, bookable throughout the year and weather-independent.

The tour was really fascinating! It was exciting to see how much handwork and attention to detail is needed for every single piece of Gmundner Keramik!
