Rainbow Pizza

This is how the Pizza succeed:

Ingredients (for 2 pizzas)

for the pizza dough

  • 250 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g flour


for the pizza topping

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handfull cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 handful of maize
  • finely chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 handful broccoli
  • some rocket
  • some purple onion
  • Pizza sauce
  • Pizza chesse, parmesan
  • some basil
  • Pizza seasoning, herbs


  1. Pour 250 ml lukewarm water into a bowl. Crumble in the yeast and add a pinch of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Place the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the yeast-water mixture and 2 tbsp oil to the flour and mix for 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Cover and leave to rise for about 40 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, slice the tomatoes and carrots, dice the pepper and onion and finely chop the rocket. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  4. Preheat the oven to 240° C hot air.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out round.
  6. Spread the pizzas with pizza sauce and sprinkle with pizza cheese.
  7. Lay out the vegetables in rainbow colours: tomatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, peppers, broccoli and onion from the outside in.
  8. Fold in the edge of the pizza a little and bake for approx. 15 minutes at 240° C.
  9. Then place the rocket on top of the baked pizza and the broccoli.
