Dry Aged Beef Tartare

This simple Dry Aged Beef Tartare recipe will turn any meal into an experience!

And this is how it's done:


  • 250 g dry-aged beef
  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 piece of peeled, finely chopped shallot
  • 2 finely chopped pickles
  • 1/4 bunch chopped chives
  • 1/4 bunch chopped coriander
  • 5-6 small capers, chopped
  • 2 small anchovy fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and black pepper


  1. Cut the dry-aged beef into slices. Then cut crosswise into strips and chop finely.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl and fold in the meat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. If desired, you can add Parmesan cheese and garnish with nasturtium.
