Homemade cheesecake chocolate spoon eggs

This is how the spoon eggs succeed:
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 400 g chocolate coating
- 100 g cream cheese
- 150 g curd cheese
- a little sugar
- some lemon or lime juice
- some apricot or mango jam
Preparation
- Head and empty the eggs in the upper third.
- Rinse the empty eggs and dry them well on both sides.
- Melt the couverture in a water bath and let it cool down a bit.
- Pour a little couverture into an egg. Turn the egg so that the couverture is spread everywhere.
- Put the egg in the refrigerator and let it dry.
- Repeat the process Repeat the process until a 3-5 mm layer of chocolate has formed.
- Allow the chocolate coating to harden completely.
- Carefully peel the egg like a normal egg until only the chocolate egg is present.
- For the cream, mix the curd with cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice and season to taste.
- Place the chocolate eggs in egg cups or jars.
- Fill the eggs with the cream, preferably with a piping bag.
- Lastly, place a blob of jam in the center.
