Homemade cheesecake chocolate spoon eggs

This is how the spoon eggs succeed:

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g chocolate coating
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 150 g curd cheese
  • a little sugar
  • some lemon or lime juice
  • some apricot or mango jam

Preparation

  1. Head and empty the eggs in the upper third.
  2. Rinse the empty eggs and dry them well on both sides.
  3. Melt the couverture in a water bath and let it cool down a bit.
  4. Pour a little couverture into an egg. Turn the egg so that the couverture is spread everywhere.
  5. Put the egg in the refrigerator and let it dry.
  6. Repeat the process Repeat the process until a 3-5 mm layer of chocolate has formed.
  7. Allow the chocolate coating to harden completely.
  8. Carefully peel the egg like a normal egg until only the chocolate egg is present.
  9. For the cream, mix the curd with cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice and season to taste.
  10. Place the chocolate eggs in egg cups or jars.
  11. Fill the eggs with the cream, preferably with a piping bag.
  12. Lastly, place a blob of jam in the center.
