Spinach feta cheese loaf with parsley potatoes and carrot tzatziki

Sabrina from „Sabrinakocht“ has conjured up a new spinach feta cheese recipe for you!

And this is how the loaves succeed:


  • 200 g spinach leaves
  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt,herbs
  • breadcrumbs
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 handfuls of potatoes
  • parsley
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Vogerlsalad
  • butter
  • possibly lemon juice
  • Vinegar & oil


  1. Cut the spinach leaves and feta cheese into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add 2 eggs, salt and herbs.
  3. Mix everything well and add breadcrumbs so that it becomes a nice creamy mass.
  4. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
  5. Boil the potatoes in water until soft and peel them.
  6. Put the potatoes cut into pieces in a pan with butter and fry lightly.
  7. Toss the potatoes in chopped parsley.
  8. Grate the carrots into small pieces and mix with yogurt, salt, herbs and some lemon juice for flavor.
  9. Form small loafs from the mixture and fry them out in olive oil.
  10. Marinate Vogerlalat with vinegar, oil, water, salt & herbs.
  11. Serve the loaves with the parsley potatoes, carrot tzatziki and salad.
